They're......Back........

Today, We were finally able to get our air up and running again after a week. Ugh. Last Friday, a company came out to look and verified that yes our air conditioner had backed up and the secondary drain pan that typically catches any back up water had rusted through. They informed us we would need a new drain and would get back to us later with prices and an estimated time of service. We waited and waited and after Shawn & I both called several times, they told us maybe Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday rolled around and we had still not heard from them and I decided it was time to call again. The person who answered the phone told me she could not help me my paperwork was not in front of her and they would call us with when the drain pan came in. Shawn called 2 other places and they came out very quickly. One of them reattached parts because it was still leaking a small amount due to an incorrect attachment. In addition, they had prices and dates when they could complete the service first thing Thursday morning. Once again, we called the first place and after several calls back and forth. We told them very politely we would like to take our service somewhere that we were valued and promptly called one of the other places and they had everything fixed and up and running by 9 this morning. Sigh of Relief! Now, the fans are back to dry our walls and yes as loud as remember them! Good news, no mold was found! We are hoping for a lull in home adventures for awhile!
